We provide clients with the option to have cars delivered to their homes as early as the next day or allow them to pick-up directly at one of our partner dealerships.

We strive to get you the perfect car that you’re looking for at the best price, all while being completely transparent about every step of the process. We’ll put in all the extra work so that you don’t encounter any sales pressures, distilling the signing process to 10 minutes or less!

We make sure you are in complete and total control of exactly what you want in a car here at Autopia. We provide the most stress free experience possible by negotiating between you and the dealer. All you have to do is choose your perfect car on our site, decide your monthly payments and due at signing, and get approved. In most cases, we’ll even deliver your car to you once you’re finished.

Autopia is not a leasing or financing company, your lease agreement will be made with the corresponding banking institution (e.g. Toyota Financial, BMW Financial, etc).

We do not currently offer the ability to test drive a car prior to delivery. If you choose to pick up the car at the dealership, then we can arrange for a test drive prior to signing the final documents.

Once you’ve submitted the credit application and have been approved, you will have the option to pick up your vehicle at the dealership or Autopia can deliver it to your home at no extra charge.

All paperwork is prepared by the dealership that is selling you the car. Autopia works as a broker to facilitate the transaction on your behalf. Autopia is not a franchised dealer.

Autopia can help you handle a lease return provided your lease return is with the same manufacturer. We can help you get pricing and aid in the trade-in process. Please don’t hesitate to ask a dedicated representative for more details.

Yes! All vehicles that you see you can be purchased or leased. In some instances, a car may have been sold. We will confirm availability upon our first contact.

The pricing on the website includes all the fees. The taxes are determined based on your city and county and so the payment is quoted as “monthly payment + tax”. We will confirm the total monthly payment including the tax once you provide us with your address. Rest assured that there are no hidden fees here. You will get to see everything you’re paying for right up front.

Absolutely! If there is something more you want that you don’t see on our website, just let us know by dropping us a line at info@autopia.com. We can check if there is anything already built and if nothing is available, we can submit the order on your behalf.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.

Autopia does not currently run any credit checks. However, once submitted to the dealership for approval, the dealersihp will run a ‘hard’ credit check that will show up on your report.

Yes, we are partnered with the dealerships we work with and receive compensation; there is no extra cost to you.

If you need your vehicle serviced, you can go to any franchised dealership. All the new and service loaner vehicles that Autopia offers are under manufacturer’s warranty.

All payments will be made through the financial institution that approved your lease. You will typically receive a statement in the mail, before your next payment is due, with more information on how to set up an online account.

Money factor is essentially the interest rate on your lease. It varies slightly between manufacturers and even models.

Upfront fees typically include:

• Taxes
• Registration Fees
• Dealership Document Fees
• Bank Acquisition Fees

Upfront fees can be rolled into your monthly payment. If you’d like to pay $0 you absolutely can, it will just raise your monthly payment. Every $1,000 in fees that you roll into the monthly payment translates to about an extra $30/month.

Depending on your preferred brand, you may be able to put a security deposit down. At the end of your lease, and assuming you return the vehicle with no outstanding payment, no excess miles and no excess wear and tear, you will receive it back. (Unavailable in NY state.)

Approval times will vary depending on your credit profile and preferred vehicle. Many variables are involved. In most cases we receive a response within a couple of hours, but sometimes it could take 24-48 hours.

Currently, Autopia works with dealerships in California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. If you live in an adjacent state and are willing to travel, we can certainly help. In some instances, we may be able to ship the car so please check with us at info@autopia.com.

The credit applications are not stored by Autopia. We use secure forms provided by a third party, and restrict access to the forms to a limited number of Autopia employees. You can review their security measures here.
